1. Service Terms

All services provided — including new home painting, interior/exterior repainting, and custom projects — are subject to availability and agreement on scope.

2. Pricing & Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days. The final price may vary depending on material costs, site conditions, or additional client requests.

3. Deposits & Payments

Some projects may require a deposit (typically 20–30%) to confirm scheduling. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling & Delays

We aim to complete work as scheduled, but weather or supply issues may cause minor delays. We will always communicate any changes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

Clear access to work areas
Furniture or belongings are protected or moved (unless arranged)
Pets and children are kept away from active workspaces

6. Warranty & Quality Assurance

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. If issues arise within the warranty period due to our fault, we’ll return to correct them at no additional charge.
